SPEAKER PREP ROOM
The Speaker Prep Room is available for invited speakers and oral presenters to upload their presentations. It is requested that speakers and presenters upload presentations at least 12 hours before their scheduled sessions.
All delegates are requested to collect registration badges and kits at the registration counters. Delegates who did not register online via the Congress website are requested to register on-site at the registration counters.
The media pass will allow access to Media Centre, equipped with a fax, printer, computers, internet connection and power outlets. It is recommended that you bring your own laptop and necessary adapters.
Delegates can consult the information desks for general inquiries related to 6th ISPAH and Congress venue.
LOST AND FOUND
Delegates can report lost and found items to the Information Desk.
TOURIST INFORMATION DESK
Delegates can obtain tourism information from the Tourist Information Desk located a the Congress venue.
Delegates can use computers with internet access at the Cyber Café free of charge. Delegates are requested to be considerate of other delegates waiting in queue by being mindful of the time you spend on the computer.
Delegates can access ATMs and Money Exchange counters at QSNCC. ATMS are available 24 hours a day. Money Exchange counters is open during the weekdays and weekends.
FIRST AID ROOM
Delegates can access the First Aid Room.
Delegates can access a praying room during the Congress.
POSTER DISPLAY STATIONS
Poster presenters are requested to display posters at the display stations.
The 6th ISPAH 2016 Exhibition area is located in the main Hall.
Delegates can access QSNCC’s food court located atThe Food Court I for affordable meals and snacks.
Delegates are requested to be aware and comply with QSNCC’s no-smoking policy which is strictly enforced throughout the Congress venue.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
24-hour security personnel are available on-site QSNCC. All 6th ISPAH delegates are advised not to leave their bags or suitcases unattended in or outside of the session halls.
